The plastic bucket must be sealed during transportation

Plastic buckets must be sealed during transportation and daily storage to prevent liquid leakage during transportation and prevent daily storage from deteriorating due to non-contact with air. So far, there are two main methods to ensure the sealing performance of plastic buckets appearing on the market.

One is to install an annular leak-proof ring on the inner wall of the top of the plastic bucket cover, which plays a sealing role by well filling the gap between the bucket cover and the bucket. This is the method we usually use. Another method of sealing that is often used for water plastic cubes is to install an inner lid inside the bucket lid. The size requirements for the inner lid and the spout are very precise. The inner lid is too large to make the lid difficult to open, and too small to cause liquid leakage. The plastic bucket cover designed in this way is firm, leak-proof and convenient to use, prevents the liquid in the container from being polluted by the outside, and ensures that the packaging of various liquid products conforms to the standard.

The above is the method for ensuring the sealing performance of plastic bucket. If there is still a problem with the sealing performance of plastic bucket, the sealing performance of plastic bucket can be guaranteed according to the above methods.
